Captain Courier has long term trusted partnerships with larger parcel carriers and freight hauliers.  This allows us to provide next working day collection and delivery services throughout Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the UK Mainland.  Sometimes referred to as overnight deliveries, these goods enter a network where the parcels are sorted by their geographical region, transported to the relevant local distributing depot, sorted further, and then sent out in a vehicle for delivery.  Having 30 years operating within this industry and having used a range of carriers during this time, we believe our partners provide the highest standard of service above other competitors.

The benefits we bring when providing these services:

-  Flexible / specific collection times, particularly within the greater Belfast area;

-  Latest standard collection time of 3.00pm with further options to collect as late as 4.45pm (from the greater Belfast area);

-  Ad-hoc / last minute requests with a fast response time;  

-  We can advise on what items may be restricted, especially with regards to air freight;

-  Advice on packaging;

-  Additional packaging services available including picking and packing;

-  Bespoke Captain Courier tape is attached to all overnight consignments making them easily identifiable; 

-  Signature and Proof of Delivery on all consignments;

-  Online Tracking and Trace;

-  We raise and attach all barcoded tracking labels, lessening the workload of our customers;

-  Captain Courier only uses reliable carriers that are best equipped to provide the secure and quick transport of goods (those with the highest percentage successful completion rate).
